Under Hawaii law, an owner or keeper of domestic animals is to take note of the general propensities of the class to which it belongs, and also of a certain inclinations peculiarities of the animal itself, from which he or she has knowledge of the notice and insofar as such propensities are of a nature to cause injury he must exercise reasonable care to guard against and prevent them from injuries, which can reasonably be expected of them. In this context, the vicious or dangerous propensity is available or can from the mere mischievousness and playfulness of the animals, because of their size or nature, could lead to injury, because it is the act of the animal, but as the state of his mind, the cost of the owner or operator's liability. Under Hawaii law, a pet owner / harbor is legally responsible for injuries and damages caused by the animal around.
