Last Testament
OF
THEODORE B. EDWARDS

I, Theodore B. Edwards, of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, explained that this is my last will and testament and revoke all previous wills and codicil.

FIRST

I give my whole estate, including but not limited to, all the cars, furniture, furniture, porcelain, silver, jewelry, jewelry, artwork, books, paintings and clothing, but without money in hand, together with any assurance about my wife, Heather Edwards, if they survive me of ninety (90) days. When my wife, Heather Edwards, should not survive me of ninety (90) days, I give the residue of my estate be divided equally among my children who survive, my death of ninety (90) days. In the event none of the above recipients survive me of ninety (90) days, the residue of my estate will be sent to Christopher Todd Edwards.

THIRD

No interest of all beneficiaries will be listed or codicil, the anticipation or voluntary or involuntary alienation.

FOURTH

I nominate Christopher Todd Edwards, Executor of this my last will and testament. In the event that he is unwilling or unable to act, I nominate Kristen Fisher as a substitute Executor of this my last will and testament.

FIFTH

My executor is not obliged to provide a bond in this or any other jurisdiction.

SIXTH

In the event that any person who is entitled to the distribution of my estate have achieved is not the age of 18 years, then their respective shares in trust. I nominate Christopher Todd Edwards as trustees. In the event that Christopher Todd Edwards is at any time be or become unwilling or incapable of acting as a trustee, I appoint Kary Fisher as successor trustee.

SEVENTH

The Trustee shall notify the trust in so many equal parts, as persons under the age of 18. Each share and managed by the Trustee as a separate Trust.

EIGHTH

The trustee is the application and distribution of net income and principal from each of the shares as follows:

(1) The trustee is obligated to or for the benefit of each beneficiary in monthly or other convenient installments as much of the net income from its share of the Trust Estate, to the whole, in the trustee in his or its sole discretion advisable considered to ensure proper medical care, supervision, care and education of individual beneficiaries. At the end of this period, the trustee and to collect the principal of individual recipients, the proportion of the Trust Estate the balance, if any, of the above net income.

(2) If such beneficiary reaches the age of 21 years, the Trustee will then pay, or for the benefit of such an all recipients of net income and principal in his or her share of the property trust.

(3) If at any time at the discretion of the trustee should be a beneficiary of the funds necessary for its proper care, support, maintenance and training, is the trustee in his discretion, in addition to the payments hereinabove provided, or to pay for the benefits the relevant amounts from the principal of his share of the trust estate until the whole, the Trustee may from time to time as recommended.

(4) If a recipient for a portion of the Trust Estate has been apart, the front has reached the age of 21 years after the death of the trustee distributes the distributed and undistributed portions share and each part - share in accordance with the residuary clause of this my last will and testament.

NINTH

My Executor and Trustee, in addition to the powers conferred by law, the following powers:

(1) To be kind, and all real or personal property that I own at the time of my death.

(2) purchase or invest in any type of property, real or personal, without restriction to legal investments for trustees.

(3) for sale at public or private sale, exchange or lease for a period of time a real or personal property, and the options for the sale and leasing.

(4), money from a source, without the liability of lenders, to see to the application, and the mortgage or pledge of real or personal property.

(5) To register and other properties owned by the appropriate trustee acting on behalf of a candidate or to the bearer.

(6) In order to compromise claims of or against my estate or trust relationship here without order of the Tribunal of the consent of all recipients.

(7) to distribute property in kind.

(8) In order to obtain legal advice, investment advisors, auditors and custodians and the payment of attorneys' fees and costs of the same from the principal activity of a relationship of trust here.

(9) to execute and deliver all instruments of writing necessary or appropriate for the exercise of a trustee power.

TENTH

I direct that all legacies and all shares and interest in my estate, whether principal or income, while in the hands of my Executor, are not subject to attachment, execution, or seizure for a debt, contract, obligation or liability of any legatee or beneficiary and shall not pledge, assignment, transfer or expectation.

ELEVENTH

I direct the payment by my Executor out of my residuary estate transfers, property, inheritance and succession planning taxes, whether state or federal government, or both, the revenue to pay and because of my death, regardless of whether the property , rights or interests under which such tax is payable or is my will. It is my intention that such a tax against a person or a withdrawal from any source or funds, other than what my residuary estate, and that no tax will be divided, either with or without the residuary estate.

TWELFTH

I direct the payment of my Executor of my estate the cost of my last illness, funeral, burial, and so soon after my death as conveniently may be made.

THIRTEENTH

I am still that direct, in accordance with Jewish law.

FOURTEENTH

In the event of my death and the death of my wife, Heather Edwards, if they do not survive me of ninety (90) days, I nominate Kristen and Michael Jones guardians of the person responsible for all my children who are not at the age of eighteen (18 ) years.

FIFTEENTH

I direct that a trustee acting Below is not necessary to bond or other security in a court of law or jurisdiction in which said trustees may be asked to act.

SIXTEENTH

The "executor" or a pronoun used to the executor or any other trustee, shall be deemed to apply to one or more than one person or entity and the masculine, feminine or neuter gender.
