This letter can be understood as a series of inquiries and requests with which the seller must, except for exemptions in accordance with the terms for the sale, as a result of a planned purchase.

If the seller's lawyer receives the letter of requisition, the seller is obligated to any questions that are there. In other words, this letter as a starting point of communication between the legal representatives of the buyer and the seller to resolve legal issues relating to the property in question.

Once the title search is completed, the lawyer is in a much better position to give an opinion of the property to the appropriate bodies, such as potential lenders that are more for their loans a lawyer with the opinion of the worthiness of the title before setting up the financing to the buyers, or insurance, for example, require that the buyer's lawyer is able to advise them on the status of the title to ensure the welfare of a title insurance prior to the new owner (s).
