invention without a patent
Some of America's largest inventions came from African American invention - but you may not know, dass The subjective representation of the history of the U.S. - with a long life-bias in some people - the recognition of African American invention is far from the mainstream.

Sure - you may be aware of a few inventors of this group - but I'm sure you (as I was) are not known, some of the monumental inventions to America by Black invention.

One of the greatest contributions to African American invention George Washington Carver. Without him, some students would starve! And P & J sandwiches would not be available for children's lunch.

George Washington Carver helped save the southern farmers by introducing the cultivation of peanuts (legumes) as a rotational crop nutrients needed to restore the cash crops of tobacco and cotton sucked from the earth. If the farmers - they were happy with their increased yields - began to complain because they are too many peanuts and do not know what to do with them - GWC came with Peanut Butter - and about 300 other uses for the peanut. The South has been replaced by a former slave.

Garrett Morgan was a further contribution to African American invention. He saved lives by inventing the gas mask, a staple food in the First World War - and the automatic traffic light, which saves lives on the American way.

Then there was Elijah McCoy. when a training program for engineers - because of his color, he could just a job to train as a fireman / oilman. His job was to stoke the engine with coal - and manually lubricate various moving parts on the engine and the train so that it continues to move. At the time the train had to stop every few miles or lubricated parts freeze.

McCoy was with the "lubricating cup" - an automatic oiler that take the place of manual lubrication. Train company enthusiastically. So have others who have tried to focus on the profits. McCoy had up to 60 imitators - this is not as good a job as McCoy lubricating Cup. So - train companies started demanding "The Real McCoy." The concept exists in American speech today.

These examples are only three African American inventors - and, like others, they helped this country grow. A clear example of that creativity, inventiveness and intellect are not limited to a selected few, but are inclusive of all people.
